Actually this is not bad at all, try to be more confident with shading though.
Those houses weren't all white now, were they? When you are shading try to think
of what it lighter and what is darker and how the object interact with each
other, this way your image will be more dynamic and less flat. Hope that makes
sense to you. Keep up practicing
It does look nice for the first try, although it's hard to judge from this tiny
picture (unless that was the original size)
As future reference try to plan things more when you draw and pay attention at
the paper positioning, right now it kind of look like the whole image is about
to fall to the right.
I like this a lot actually, but, if you decided not to smooth your vector line,
you should probably consider less pointy and smooth font and maybe make the
canvas a bit more square-ish, ie add to the width a bit on the left. Don't be
afraid of empty space.
Interesting composition. One thing I'm not sure about is that the background
steals the attention from the main character because of the strong yellowand
white . Maybe if there were no white on the background the eye would focus more
easily on the chara. Maybe a different font too ... not sure.
Looks nice, two small issues I can point out, one is the feather that is too
close to the hallo and the other is the colour scheme, a warmer foreground would
look more attractive on the cold blue background
Umm... it looks minimalistic which is not necessary a bad thing, but the smoke
don't blend very well with the character mostly because the character has
texture on it while the smoke is pure photoshop product and is very smooth
without texture.
It looks nice, a bit too dirty and blurry over places but nothing serious, what
you should take into account tho is the typography. Your letters would look
better if you had put them a bit down on the canvas, then they would be part of
the composition and not conflict with it.
I like the character image but at the other hand I see some extraction problems
especially with the cape, also the background don't blend very well with the
foreground, maybe some sort of texture would help, also the dirty blue sky look
kind of distracting from the whole colour scheme
This one has very adorable face, thank you very much for scanning these

Where these oil pastels or dry ones?
Nice scan, I really like the colours and the mood of it. Maybe a bit of despeckle would be good but nerveless it looks ...soft!
Lovely colours on this one, although I don't see how all this garment helps her to be unseen and steal things
The girl on the picture has very adorable smile

It looks more like something from "Fairy Princess Minky Momo", but I'm not 100% sure
Pink is evil in my opinion but I like this wallpaper quite a bit. Nice composition
The picture was drawn by Inomata Mutsumi, very cute

Thank you very much for these scans i've been looking for these all over the places
Nice one, it look very well organized, you could probably use a shadow under her feet to ground her better on the floor, but even so it looks nice.

the extraction looks rather well done on this one, i'm curious why you insist using gray colours on your walls?

I like the texture you placed over the character and the way you worked on them, there are some minor extraction problems but overall it looks nice
Looks rather good, one thing that bothers me a bit is that lens flare , it was not necessary to be so obvious

I like the texture on the background, not too sure about the colour choice though the colours don't help much the foreground, imo.

I like the colours on this wallpaper, very simple and yet suitable
I'm almost sure that the character creator goes by nick okama, I hope it's not his real name that is o.O; as far as I have seen it's not duplicated.
